Applies digital valve controlled technology to prevents the trouble and inconvenience caused by mechnical knobs, not only the kv and amperage, but the powder output values, can be digitally set at the controller, and clearly read from the LCD display. It offers great flexibility and accuracy when the machine appying to coat different powders and parts.
2. It incorperates with 3 standard applications programs set by 3 one-touch buttons, you can easily select modes of flat-parts coating, complex-parts coating, re-coating.
3. Moreover, the COLO-191S allows experienced users to create and store 20 kinds of their own application programs. Each programs can be recalled when needed.
1. Powder particles are fully charged with superior atomization thanks to the 100kv powerful spray gun, which delivers best transfer efficiency and wrap performance.
2. Vital parameters can be remotely controlled on the rear cover, including powder flow, application programs.
3. The full assembly spray nozzles includes round nozzle, flat nozzle, extension nozzle which reduce the difficulty of painting complicated metal pieces.
4. Lightweight and ergonomical design enables operators to accomplish jobs at ease. Robust structure and high-quality materials provides this spray gun a longer lifespan.
