Low electrostatic charge at spray gun
1)Ensure using right paint at right sprayer, if applies water-based paint at a solvent-based paint machine, the machine will not work, for there is no electrostatic effect.
2)Solvent based paint with good conductivity will also causes electrostatic loss. Ask your paint supplier to test the resistence value of the solvent based paint, whose optimal range shoul be 20-50MΩ.
3)High air pressure will creates strong impact force and reduce the electrostatic charge ability.
