Our powder coating booth is the preferred solution in the industrial painting process which requires efficient powder separation and filtration, keeping your workshop dustless, and getting the overspray recycled.
Incorperates with 4 pcs of first-stage cartridge filters, as well as a final stage fan filter, this system works by removing 99% of the dust to allow super-clean air to be recirculated back into the workshop. There is no need to duct this air from the workshop, There is no need to cut another hole in the shop's roof.
1. The 4pcs high precision cartridge filters made from 100% polyester, they have the exact porosity that well separates the powder particles from the airflow. The filters retain their capacity through a self-cleaning system controlled by pulse solenoid valves
2. Built with lights on the inner roof creates a clear and precise powder coat application job.
3. PLC control unit provides user-friendly interface and a simple operation process. Includes the functions of control the fan on/off, adjust time range of the pulse to cleaning filters, make the recovery powder hopper up and down.
4. By means of a powerful centrifugal fan drawing clean air into the booth, and dragging the overspray powders towards filters for completely capture.
5. Connect a air filter with the fan to prevent ultrafine powder entering to the workshop air, ensures extremely dustfree of vented air.
6. The discharged powders from filters will drop into the powder collector hopper beneath the unit which can be taken away for fully emptying and cleaning. Overspray collecting through a removable hopper is in higher quality for re-using.
