Why choose electrostatic spray painting?
Electrostatic process aims to get as much painting material on the substrate as possible and eliminate wasteful overspray. Electrostatic painting works by applying electrostatic charges to atomized paint particles.
A built-in negative HV cascade charge the spray gun electrode that is located at the tip of the spray gun. The paint particle is atomized as soon as it moves past the electrode and therefore negatively charged.
The being sprayed object is oppositely charged through a grounded connection, which means that the paint is attracted to the object, and will wrap it from all directions.
Further atomization is achieved, the particles sprayed out with the same positive charge and therefore repel each other, forms a fine and even cloud.
As a result, electrostatic paint spray increase working efficiency and material utilization, moreover, it gives more quality and uniform finish.
