Based on safety, reliability, the waterborne electrostatic painting machine gets professional isolation design to overcome the conventional trouble of static leakage & loss during waterborne painting. Not only the efficient electrostatic principle, we but use digital technology making it possible to precisely adjust paint flow supply controlled by a gear pump.
1. Paint particles are fully charged with superior atomization thanks to the powerful spray gun, which delivers best transfer efficiency and wrap performance.
2. Full parameters can be remote controlled on the gun, such as adjusting static, atomized air, spraying width and paint output,
3. A unique function of electrostatic turning on/off easily solve the faraday cage and reduce the difficulty of painting complicated work piece.
4.The Spray gun is efficient for on-site finishing, whose high transfer efficiency provides improved productivity, reduces labor and material cost.

COLO applies digital technology to reduce the trouble and inconvenience of mechnical knobs, not only the voltage, but the paint output value, can be digitally set at the controller, and clearly read from the display. It offers great flexibility and accuracy when the machine appying to paint different parts
Safety circuit design. If any operation error, abnormal voltage and current, the circuit protection system will power off automatically and gives buzzer alarm to improve safety performance.
