COLO-3009A Electrostatic painting system is uniqually developed for both waterborne and solvent paint application, integrated various finishing purposes in one machine. It reduces material and environmental costs without the expense and limitations of an electrostatic isolation system.
It has professional isolation design to suit waterborne painting, not only works safe, but delivers best transfer efficiency and wrap performance because of the electrostatic technology.
1) Allows users precisely setting voltage on the controller, the kv and amperage value will digitally shows on the display, a great flexibility to analyze right static value to different workparts.
2) Safety circuit design. If any operation error, such as abnormal voltage and current, the circuit protection system will power off automatically and gives buzzer alarm to improve safety performance.
3) Strictly tested before delivery, ensure well-performance in pneumatic and electrical circuit.
1) Full parameters can be regulated on the gun, such as static voltage on/off & upper/lower, spraying width, atomized air and paint output volumes, which maximizes the convenience during working.
2) Built-in 80kv cascade consistently charges the particulate with high voltage static, ensure high transfer efficiency and stable performance after long time using.
3) Spray gun body material is resistant to high voltage electrostatics whose handle is made of low impedance composite material, safe and durable, ergonomically designed handle for a more comfortable and effortless spraying experience.
We supply 2 kinds of spray nozzles for excellent atomization performance, and users can freely change to suit for different needs. They are extremely durable with superior quality, giving a long service life and simple daily maintenance.

Made of durable stainless steel, whose spray width range is 7mm-25mm features painting wider and softer.
