Water curtain wet paint booth is the preferred solution in the industrial painting process which requires efficient separation and filtration, keeping your staff and the environment safe.
COLO Open Face Type Water Curtain Paint Booths are an economical and efficient way to apply paint to a wide variety of product sizes. An Open Paint Booth offers easy product and personnel access, which facilitates operators moving big sized or heavy products in and out of booth. Our open face paint booth can be sized to fit your specific application.
During wet painting process, oversprayed paint mist is arrested by moving water(water curtain) or collected at scrubbing area of the spray booth. This interaction is critical to properly remove the paint overspray from the air and put it into the water. The waste paint is then dropped down into a tank. The collection tank finally becomes filled with paint sludge that needs to be cleaned. Waters can be filtered and reused.

2) Configured with centrifugal axial flow fan with low noise, provides sufficient and uniform airflow.
3) Built with energy-saving anti-explosion lights at both canopy roof provides a clear painting jobs.
4) The water applied to the paint spray booth can be reused again and again to reduce cost.
5) An independent control box to safely control all electric processing parameters and functions.
6) Self-suction water pump includes a filter screen for protection.
