COLO-PT2000
Industrial water wash spray booths are utilized for high volume paint usage which requires separation and filtration. Paint overspray is removed through the interaction of the paint with the booth moving water - on the curtain screen as well as scrubbing area. Water wash spray booths are favored by all health, fire and building codes.
Our water curtain paint booths are equipped with components such as exhaust device, water feeding device, paint arresting device, air-water separating device, air tube, etc, which are manufactured and integrated under stringent quality standards. Circulating water system forms a continuous, constantly flushed system that has no sediment-accumulating dead ends.
1) Full width stainless steel water curtain panel, ensures rust resistence and long userful life.
2) Built with centrifugal axial flow fan with low noise, provides sufficient airflow.
3) Self-suction water pump includes a filter screen for protection.
4) Energy-saving anti-explosion light at both canopy roof for clear painting jobs.
5) It can be operated manually or combined with conveyor to form an automatic production line.
During wet painting process, a liquid painting gun sprays paints towards the water curtain panel, thus oversprayed paint mist is arrested by moving water(water curtain) or collected at scrubbing area of the spray booth. This interaction is critical to properly remove the paint overspray from the air and put it into the water. The waste paint is then dropped down into a tank. The collection tank finally becomes flled with paint sludge that needs to be cleaned. Waters can be filtered and reused.
