COLO-3009A electrostatic spray gun is designed for both water-based or solvent-based paints, through professional isolation design overcomes the conventional trouble of static leakage & shortage during waterborne painting process, this integrated electrostatic painting equipment not only works safe and powerful, but only covers small space.
1. The intelligent controllor offers great flexbility and convenient to set required voltage when coating different parts, precise kv and uA values will digitaly shows on the screen. It is easy-operating for everyone.
2. Safety circuit design. If any operation error, abnormal voltage and current, the circuit protection system will power off automatically and gives buzzer alarm to guarantee safety.
3. Strictly tested before delivery, ensure well-performance in mechanical and electrical.

2. Gun parts are extremely durable, giving a long service life and simple daily maintenance. Modular design makes it easy to clean and maintenance.
3. Full parameters can be adjusted on the gun, such as static on/off, static +/-, atomized air, spraying width and paint output, easy to operate.
4. Spray gun body material is resistant to high voltage electrostatics whose handle is made of low impedance composite material, safe enough for long time work.
We supply 2 kinds of spray nozzles for excellent atomization performance, and users can freely change to suit for different needs.

Why electrostatic painting is more efficient than traditional air painting?
Electrostatic painting which works by charging the atomized paint particles with static, while the being painted objects are ground-connected that charged oppositely. That means paints are attracted to the target surfaces, significantly increase job efficiency and reduce waste. Moreover, charged particles will repel each other and spread out evenly as they exit from the nozzle, giving a more even and smooth finish.
